How do I request a refund?

If the product was directly purchased from a Brand Partner, you can contact him/her directly for a refund. You will need to return the product and original invoice to the Brand Partner, who will refund the product purchase price. If the product was purchased from a Brand Partner website, you must contact Neora by ticket at neorasupport.com or by phone at 855-463-7486 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. An RMA Number is valid for ten (10) business days.
There must be an RMA Number written on the return shipping box and a completed Return Authorization form must be included in the return package. Within 10 business your refund will be processed following the receipt of an authorized return. All refunds will be in US Dollars. If a package is without an RMA when returned the refund maybe delayed or refused. If an Auto Delivery order was not cancelled in time, returns will not be authorized. You must submit an Auto delivery cancellation form at least 5 days business prior the next scheduled Auto-Delivery Order process date.

What is Neora's return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason. You may return the product purchased on its original packaging with its original invoice to Neora within30 days of purchase for a full refund. Shipping fee will be excluded, and you will be responsible for the cost return freight. If you purchased the poduct from an independent Brand Partner will refund the product and will return the product to Neora for replacement. If you have purchased the product from a Brand Partner Website, you can contact the Neora support department. You must contact Neora to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, This must be written on the exterior shipping box. Any package returned without RMA number will cause refusal o delay of refund
